Floyd Clymer’s Historical Motor Scrapbook Number Four

This is a used copy of Floyd Clymer’s 4th Scrapbook, these “scrapbooks” are compilations of many vintage advertisements arranged in a scrapbook format. Sometimes Floyd makes a comment about a particular add. In the front Floyd likes to tell stories about about his experiences and it is a slice of his autobiography and American and Colorado History at the same time. In this issue he talks about racing a train while on a motorcycle, he became not only a motorcycle dealer but also a distributor at a very young age.
Most of the advertisements are for vintage automobiles ( Abbott, Biddle, Case, Cord, Dixie, Doble, Erkskine, Franklin, Kissel, Lewis, Matheson, Owen, Pullman, Roamer, Welch) with a nice mix of motorcycles.
This book was once a library book and was well read it has been repaired inside the cover and has some yellowing of pages.
