Vintage Kart Racing, Briggs and Comer Engines Box of 10 Spark Plugs
Iridium: 8 times stronger than platinum, 6 times harder, and with a melting point 1200 degrees higher. New laser welding techniques make it possible to make a spark plug with an iridium electrode. The result is a plug that requires less voltage to spark, burns more of the fuel in the cylinder, and can spark at LEANER air/fuel mixtures (see inset diagram), resulting in higher horsepower and better gas mileage. Although the plugs are expensive, you don’t have to change them as often as garden variety spark plugs. The iridium electrode is extremely resistant to erosion, so it can last MUCH longer than a normal plug. (Longevity will vary by usage, fuel mixture, and other factors.)
Using Iridium, which is 6x harder & 8x stronger than platinum, the tip can be shrunk to only 0.4mm. This means the voltage requirements are decreased while firing performance is greatly improved.
A U-Groove has been cut inside the ground electrode to maintain the large volume of space required to form the nucleus of a flame. While still keeping the required voltage low, this technology enables excellent firing performance without increasing the spark gap.

Insulator: The insulators are made of a highly purified alumina powder, which gives exceptional dielectric strength and thermal conductivity at high temperatures, as well as greater physical strength.
Five-Rib Design: The five-rib design prevents flashover and decreases voltage loss.
Copper-Glass Seal: A special mixture of copper and glass powder bonds the center electrode and insulator together for a gas tight seal. Proper heat is maintained and hot combustion gases are excluded.
Copper-Cored Centre Electrode: A special center electrode incorporates copper into the core of the nickel chrome binary alloy. This gives superior thermal conductivity and increases the operating range.
U-Groove Ground Electrode: The originally patented U-Groove allows the spark to fill the gap formed by the U. This ball of fire develops a larger and hotter flash front so combustion is complete.
Patented Iridium Centre Electrode: Utilizes Iridium to create the world’s smallest center electrode tip for maximum firing performance and reduced voltage requirements.
Tapered Cut: Improves firing performance by reducing quenching.
360° Laser Welding: DENSO perfected the Laser Welding Process, which provides a 360° seal so reliable the electrode resists wear even in the harshest conditions.
100% Pre-Fired: All DENSO spark plugs are pre-fired at the factory to assure highest possible quality.


Harley Davidson S&S Cycle Evolution Big Twin Intake Manifold 167

This is a lightly used S&S Cycle intake manifold, number 167 fits Evolution Big Twin, good condition except the slight flat spot (see top of 4th picture)( someone may have let it hit the floor), this can be reshaped carefully, and will seal regardless. Has 2 3/4 inch center to center carb mounting (Super E) and 1 7/8 bore.


Harley Davidson & LowBrow 39 mm Fork Shroud Lower Legs Slider Kit

This is a lightly used set of LowBrow Fork Shrouds and a pair of Harley Davidson fork sliders that have been turned down to remove the fender tabs. The sliders are from a 2004 XL with a 3/4 inch axle. Low Brows powder coating is not the best and these sliders were painted with a rattle can. So paint, chrome or powder coat if you plz. Fork lower legs are 39 mm. Caliper mount is for 2000-2004 -2013, but axle size is 2000 -2007, so direct bolt on is 2000-2007 XL. These also fit Dyna’s (2000-2003)?and other years with 3/4 inch axle and 39 mm tubes if you do the mods. Do your research. Fork tube length can vary and may need trees adjusted or tubes changed, its custom………………………..


Harley Davidson Shovelhead Sifton Cam Silencer 104

This is a lightly used Sifton Cam, model 104. It was called the “Silencer” I believe this was manufactured in California, between the death of Tom Sifton and the purchase of his company by VTwin Mfg. But I am no expert. The second picture shows cam specs for a 104 Silencer. This is for the cone motor and has the groove (1977up) the same as Harley factory cams. So 1977-78 up thru 1984. Solid lifter conversion most likely. Besides the Sifton name on the gear, it is marked 104 on the first lobe , and AQ on the second. Comes with spacer shim.


Harley Davidson Dyna FXDWG Rear Fender 2002 – 2005 59918-02

This is an original used take off fender. It has the factory tag (59918-02) inside. This seems to be a custom color, purple and gray. The paint has minor scratches but no dings or dents. This fits 2002 thru 2005 Dyna Wide Glide. Very little exposure to the road. Nice and clean. The part number traces to a primed fender.


Harley Davidson FXWG Dyna Black Inner Primary 60617-01 60681-01

This listing is for a dealer take off inner primary with almost zero miles. Customer went with chrome upgrade. This inner primary fits the FXDWG with forward controls. Other Dyna’s are machined for mid controls. this has the boss and is partially finished, so it could be modified for mid controls. ( see in pictures) the black finish is in great shape and this is ready to install. Maybe get new seals, rubber is usually only good for 8-10 years. This fits from 2001 thru 2005 Dyna models with factory forward controls. Casting number inside is 60681-01 ( same as other Dyna’ s) , but the part number is 60617-01.
