Made by Harley Davidson. This is a used inner primary. It started life as a Black primary, but someone had it polished at onetime. The polishing needs to be brightened up. There is wear from the oil tank and a long scratch on the bottom. Comes with bolts and bearing installed. This fits 1994 thru 1999 Softail models and custom bikes using this style of primary ( late starter). The locating dowels have been roughed up by vise grips. Casting number is 60620-94.
